Andreas Bernard (* 1969 in Munich ) is a German cultural scientist, journalist and publicist.

He is a professor at the “Center for Digital Cultures” at Leuphana University Lüneburg and writes for the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung , the Süddeutsche Zeitung and Die Zeit .

Life

Andreas Bernard received his doctorate on the history of the elevator at the Bauhaus-Universität Weimar in 2005 and in 2014 wrote a comprehensive book on the new reproductive technologies , sperm donors , surrogate mothers , artificial insemination and the social change at home and abroad due to these new forms of parenting .
