Andreas Beschorner

Andreas Beschorner (* 1963 in Freising ) is a German classical philologist , journalist and publicist .

In 1991 he was the classical scholar Niklas Holzberg at the Philosophical Faculty of the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich with a thesis research on Dares Phrygius to Dr. phil. PhD; Werner Suerbaum took over the presentation . It is considered an important research contribution. Also the volume The Aesop Roman, edited with his collaboration . Motif history and narrative structure (1992) was positively received in scientific reviews; with Holzberg he was responsible for the bibliography for the Aesop novel . He became a lecturer at the LMU Munich and published, for example, in the ancient philological journal Hermes . Beschorner works for the Freisinger Tagblatt , the local edition of the Münchner Merkurs .
