Andreas Bruckschlögl (born July 24, 1989 in Weißenburg ) is a German entrepreneur . He is co-founder of the Ryte company and the founding event Bits & Pretzels .

Life

Andreas Bruckschlögl grew up in Thalmässing and Weinsfeld near Hilpoltstein and comes from an entrepreneurial family. He had his first business idea when he was twelve. With his mother's consent, he initially sold bags and rucksacks from her leather goods shop on eBay , where he soon sold up to 40 bags a day, whereupon he established his own online shop a year later . At the age of 17, Bruckschlögl founded another online shop, with which he was unsuccessful and ultimately failed. In 2008 he became a trainee for Marcus Tandler and during this time he deepened his knowledge in the field of online marketing . At the age of 21, Bruckschlögl was Head of Inbound Marketing for a team of ten employees. In February 2011 he began part-time training at the Bavarian Academy for Advertising and Marketing in Munich and received his specialist degree in dialogue and online marketing in the following year . In August 2012 Andreas Bruckschlögl founded together with Marcus Tandler, Jan Hendrik Merlin Jacob and Niels Dörje Ryte. The company sells analysis software that helps website operators to optimize and manage the quality of their homepages . Ryte was named one of the fastest growing digital companies in Germany by the online magazine Gründerszene in the “Gründerszene 111” ranking.

In 2014, the first founders' event Bits & Pretzels, which Bruckschlögl launched together with Bernd Strom van´s Gravesande, took place. The conference taking place in Munich is the largest start-up breakfast in the world and the largest start-up festival in Europe. Here u. a. two-time Oscar winner and tech investor Kevin Spacey , British entrepreneur Sir Richard Branson or Airbnb co-founder and CTO Nathan Blecharczyk will be speakers. The event now has over 5,000 participants from over 80 nations.

Bruckschlögl also teaches at the University of Applied Management .

Private

Andreas Bruckschlögl took part in several triathlons in his youth. In 2005 and 2006 he was Bavarian vice-champion in the triathlon in the youth class A. In 2006 he was also vice-champion in the Bavarian cross-country youth B.

Volunteering

Andreas Bruckschlögl is a member of the Bayern Digital Advisory Board, which was convened by Bavaria's Minister of Economic Affairs, Ilse Aigner . The digitization advisory board tries to combine knowledge from science, entrepreneurship and start-up as well as politics in order to make the state more efficient for the digital age. The long-term goal of the advisory board is to increase future opportunities and create new jobs. Bruckschlögl is also a member of the board of “Bits connect eV”. The association helps founders to find important contacts and supports start-ups in networking with each other and with potential investors.
