Andreas F. Rook
Andreas F. Rook (* 1966 in the German Democratic Republic ) is a German radio and television presenter .
Rook grew up in Thuringia and completed three years of military service with a guard regiment of the Ministry for State Security . After attending secondary school , he began studying journalism in 1988 and Eastern European studies at the University of Leipzig in 1991 . He has been employed by Mitteldeutscher Rundfunk since 1992 , where he moderates the news magazine Sachsenspiegel and the talk show Fakt ist! from Dresden.
