Andreas Gerstenmayer

Andreas Gerstenmayer (* 18th February 1965 ) is a German entrepreneur and since February 2010. Chief Executive Officer ( CEO ) of the world's leading PCB manufacturer AT & S , based in Leoben-Hinterberg .

Career

After Gerstenmayer, who came from Bavaria , attended the Rosenheim University of Applied Sciences from 1985 to 1990 and obtained a Dipl.-Ing. (FH) in production engineering, he joined Siemens AG in 1990 , where he initially worked in the lighting technology division. From 1990 to 1997 he was group leader in quality planning and head of the moisture- proof luminaires product segment in Traunreut in Upper Bavaria . After that, in 1997 his work shifted to the Fahrwerke competence center in Graz in Styria , where he acted as purchasing, production and logistics manager. He held this position until 2000 before he returned to Germany to work for Siemens in the Transportation Systems division in Erlangen . Until 2003 he was responsible for the overall project management of international restructuring programs and then moved back to Graz for Siemens Transportation Systems GmbH . Here he was managing director and CEO of the Graz chassis unit (World Headquarters) until 2008.

From January 1, 2009, he was the personal partner of FOCUSON Business Consulting GmbH in Graz, Vienna and Berlin and in February 2010 he took on the vacant position as CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the world's leading printed circuit board manufacturer AT&S based in Leoben-Hinterberg in Styria. In this function, he has to initiate and monitor the implementation of the resolutions of the management board, the supervisory board and the general meeting. With the assumption of this position, Gerstenmayer, who belongs to the Austrian Federation of Industrialists , withdrew from the operative consulting business, whereby his curriculum vitae on the official website of AT&S shows that he did not have all supervisory board mandates or comparable functions in other domestic or foreign countries until 2012 Societies covered. With a resolution of the Styrian regional government on January 26th, 2012 DI (FH) Andreas Gerstenmayer was brought into the advisory committee Forschungsrat Steiermark , where he will act as chairman from now on and take care of the agendas in the areas of sales and marketing, human resources, investor relations and public relations and internal communication as well as business development and strategy.

Andreas Gerstenmayer is married and has three children.
