NGC 5767 is a 14.2 mag barred spiral galaxy of the Hubble-type SBab in the constellation Bear Guardian in the northern sky , which is an estimated 354 million light-years away from the Milky Way .
It was discovered by Lewis A. Swift on May 14, 1885 .
