Andreas Lampl

Andreas Lampl (born January 31, 1961 in Vienna ) is an Austrian business journalist .

Life

Lampl studied German and philosophy at the University of Vienna and graduated in 1985 with the academic degree Magister . In 1988 he took over responsibility for communications at the state holding company ÖIAG .

In 1992 he went to the news magazine as a business editor (head of department from 1995). In 1998 he moved to the weekly magazine Format as deputy editor-in-chief . From 2006 to 2007 he was deputy editor-in-chief of the daily newspaper Austria . In 2008 he first became editor-in-chief of Format and, at the same time, of the business magazine trend .

He was a juror and advisor to the Alfred Worm Prize for investigative journalism.
