Andreas Mitterfellner (born June 17, 1981 in Judenburg ) is an Austrian judoka . Working as an independent personal coach and physiotherapist since 2013.
biography
Andreas Mitterfellner began his sporting career at ASKÖ Pöls and was able to win several national championship titles in the younger generation. After graduating from high school, he became a regular soldier at the Army Sports Center . In 1999 he won his first of eight Austrian championship titles and took third place at the European Junior Championships. In 2006 he won the military world championships for the second time. However, he celebrated his greatest success with third place at the 2006 European Championships in Tampere and third place at the 2010 European Championships in Vienna .
In 2009 he began training as a masseur and subsequently completed his training as a physiotherapist. In 2011 he ended his international career after the European Championships in Istanbul. Andreas Mitterfellner has been working as a freelance personal coach and physiotherapist in Salzburg since 2013.
