Career in the right-wing extremist scene

Thierry became active in Austria's right-wing extremist scene in the early 1990s . According to the IDGR , which is now no longer available , there is evidence that in July 1990 he took part in a training camp of the Nationalist Front (NF), which was banned in the Federal Republic of Germany in 1992 , and is said to have been a member of it. He was also a member of the "Volkstreuen Jugendoffensive" (VJO) in Austria, which was close to the "Nationalist Front".

In 1992 he was the author of a leaflet entitled Truth About the Waffen-SS , in which the designation of the Waffen-SS as a criminal organization is denied; Rather, the truth is that she fought honorably and decently. In 1993, according to research by the Austrian magazine ZOOM, Thierry was spotted at the annual meeting of the Ulrichsberg community on the Ulrichsberg in Carinthia together with the German right-wing terrorist Peter Naumann . Andreas Thierry was conditionally sentenced at the Klagenfurt Regional Court for violating Section 3h of the Prohibition Act.

Since 1998, Thierry has appeared regularly as a speaker or speaker at hall events and rallies of the NPD. In May 1999 he was given the "Office for ideological training" by the NPD party executive.

In 2004 Thierry bought a building in Hohenberg, a district of Rosenberg (Württemberg) near Ellwangen ( Baden-Württemberg ), in an auction for 45,000 euros . The former Hohenberger Gasthof Zum Goldenen Kreuz was used by the NPD / JN as the state branch of Baden-Württemberg from May 1, 2007 , and the Hohenberg OGH publishing and media company , managed by Thierry, is also located there . The building was badly damaged in an arson attack on the night of May 6th, 2007. In 2009 the municipality bought the inn back.

On April 5, 2009, Andreas Thierry was elected to the party's executive committee with 90 votes at the NPD federal party conference in Berlin. In 2010 he resigned from the party.

In 2011 Thierry worked for several months under the pseudonym Andreas Reichl as editor of the city magazine "Wels im Bild" of the Moser Medien Group Austria (not to be confused with the JS Moser Medien-Treuhand of the Moser-Holding ). He was promoted to chief of duty there before he was dismissed after being exposed.
