Andreas Weikert

Andreas Weikert (born April 8, 1989 ) is a German handball player .

In 2006 Andreas Weikert , who was living in Magdeburg at the time, became world champion student. At SC Magdeburg he went through the youth teams and then played for SC DHfK Leipzig . In 2010 he moved to HC Einheit Halle. From 2011 he played again for SC DHfK Leipzig, which competed in the 2nd Bundesliga handball league, but which he left in 2012. This was later followed by missions at the upper division TuS Radis and for SV 04 Oberlosa from Plauen .

In 2006, Weikert was allowed to enter the Golden Book of the City of Magdeburg in recognition of his sporting success as a school world champion.
