Andrei Anatoljewitsch Krutschinin ( Russian Андрей Анатольевич Кручинин ; born May 18, 1978 in Karagandy , Kazakh SSR ) is a former Russian - Kazakh ice hockey player .

Career

Andrei Krutschinin began his career in 1996 at HK Lada Tolyatti . In his debut season he won the last edition of the European Cup with the team . In the 1998 NHL Entry Draft , the Montréal Canadiens selected him in the seventh round in 189th place. His other stations were ZSK WWS Samara , Molot-Prikamje Perm , HK Awangard Omsk , Neftechimik Nizhnekamsk and Chimik Mytishchi . In the 2008/09 season Kruchinin was again under contract with HK Lada Tolyatti. In 2009 he returned to Nizhnekamsk. For the 2010/11 season Kruchinin received a contract with Amur Khabarovsk . In January 2012 he moved to Awtomobilist Yekaterinburg within the KHL .

In July 2012 he left Yekaterinburg again and was signed by Disel Penza .
