Andrej Dynko ( Belarus . Андрэй Дынько ; * 1974 in Brest ) is a Belarusian journalist .

From 1997 to 2000 Dynko was a professor at the Belarusian State University. In 1999 he became an employee and a year later editor-in-chief of the oldest newspaper in Belarus, the Nascha Niwa . From 2002 to 2004 Dynko was Vice President of the Belarusian PEN Center.

In 2003 Andrej Dynko was the first non-Czech to be awarded the Hanna Ellenbogen International Citizens' Prize by Václav Havel for his work.
