Andrij Nemchaninov
Andrij Nemtschaninow ( Ukrainian Андрій Немчанінов , Eng. Transcription Andriy Nemchaninov, also Russian Андрей Немчанинов - Andrei Nemtschaninow - Andrey Nemchaninov * 27. November 1966 ) is a former Ukrainian shot putter .
In 1992 he was champion of the Commonwealth of Independent States , in 1993 and 1996 Ukrainian champion.
At the Olympic Games in 1992 he retired, starting for the United Team , as well as in qualification as a representative of Ukraine at the World Athletics Championships in 1993 in Stuttgart. At the European Athletics Indoor Championships in Stockholm in 1996 , he finished eighth.
From 1998 onwards he temporarily started for Russia before he took on the Ukrainian nationality again.
