Anglerne "Angie" Annelus (born January 10, 1997 in Grandview ) is an American sprinter who specializes in the 200-meter run .

Athletic career

Anglerne Annelus gained her first international experience in 2019 at the U23 NACAC championships in Santiago de Querétaro , where she won the gold medal in the 200 meter run in 22.84 seconds , as well as the US 4 x 100 Meter relay in 42.97 s. Third in the US championships over 200 meters, she qualified over this distance for the World Championships in Doha , where she finished fourth in the final with 22.59 s .

In 2018 and 2019 Annelus was US college champion in the 200-meter run and in 2019 also in the 4-by-100-meter relay. She is a student at the University of Southern California .
