Anita Heiden-Berndt

Anita Heiden-Berndt (born December 21, 1929 in Japenzin , † August 18, 2005 in Braunschweig ) was a German writer and radio play author .

Life

After graduating from high school in 1949, she worked as a trainee at Berliner Rundfunk in the youth department; from 1953 she worked as a freelance journalist. She studied cultural theory and theater studies from 1964 to 1969 and then worked as a dramaturge and radio play author from 1970 to 1972 . Since 1973 she has been a freelance writer.

Anita Heiden-Berndt was a member of the GDR Writers' Association from 1974 .
