Ann-Christin Strack (born December 20, 1993 in Gießen ) is a German bobsleigh driver and former sprinter .

Life

In 2009 Strack began athletics and specialized in sprinting . She has been a brakeman in the German national team since 2015. During the season she made her debut in the European Cup and won the silver medal in the two-man bobsleigh with Kim Kalicki at the Junior World Champions in Winterberg 2016.

When Bob World Cup she made her debut in the season 2015/16 on 5 December 2015 Winterberg . She finished the race in seventh place. She won her first World Cup victory, which was also her first podium place, on December 15, 2018 in Winterberg with Stephanie Schneider .

At the 2018 Winter Olympics in Pyeongchang , she was a member of the German national team, but did not take part in the competitions.

Strack took part in two bobsleigh and skeleton world championships and won the silver medal with Stephanie Schneider in Whistler in 2019 .

At the European Championships in 2019 in Schönau am Königssee, she won the silver medal with Stephanie Schneider and in 2017 in Igls with Anna Köhler the bronze medal.
