Ann-Marie Wolff

Ann-Marie Wolff (* 1962 in Bremen ) is a German lawyer and has been President of the Hanseatic Higher Regional Court of Bremen since 2019 .

Wolff graduated from high school in 1980. She studied law at the University of Göttingen until 1988 . From 1988 to 1991, he did an internship in the district of the Hanseatic Higher Regional Court in Hamburg . Until 2003 she was a judge in various functions in the district of the Hanseatic Higher Regional Court of Bremen, namely at the district court and the regional court of Bremen and mainly as a civil judge.

In June 2003 Wolff became a judge at the Hanseatic Higher Regional Court in Bremen. From January 2008 to November 2011 she was director of the Bremen-Blumenthal District Court . She then worked for the Senatorial Authority for Justice and Constitution as head of department for personnel, budget and organization. In August 2016, she became President of the Bremen District Court. Since July 1, 2019, she has been President of the Hanseatic Higher Regional Court in Bremen as the successor to Karen Buse .

Wolff is the first chairwoman of the Bremen Legal Society .
