Anna Fojudzka

Anna Fojudzka (born Anna Kucypera ; born November 10, 1980 in Breslau ) is a Polish chess player .

Life

Anna Fojudzka graduated from the Lyceum Amigo for Social Integration in Wroclaw in 1999, from the Technical University of Wroclaw in IT and Business Management in 2004 and from the Wroclaw University of Economics in 2005 .

successes

In 1998 she finished second behind Dorota Iwaniuk at the Polish U18 championship for women in Krynica Morska . At the U18 European Championships in Mureck in the same year she was third, tied with the winner Dana Reizniece . At the turn of 2002/03 she won the C-group of the 13th Cracovia-Open in Krakow with a lead of 1.5 points. In the B group of the Infineon Young Masters tournament in 2003 in Dresden , she took second place.

She played club chess in Germany and Poland. In the Polish team championship in 2003 she played for KSz Polonia Wrocław , in the Polish women's team championship in 2009, 2011 and 2012 for AZS Politechnika Wrocław . Between 1996 and 2012 she played for SV Chemie Guben in the German 1st and 2nd women's Bundesliga . For the state chess federation Brandenburg she took part in the German state team championship for women in 1997.

Since 2003 she has held the title of International Women's Champion (WIM). Her Elo rating is 2203 (as of October 2017), but she is listed as inactive because she has not played a rated game since the Polish women's team championship in November and December 2012. Fojudzka's highest rating to date was 2243 from July 2005 to June 2006.
