Anna Helene Væting won the relay race at the Norwegian championships in 2003 alongside Linda Tjørhom and Gunn Margit Andreassen, representing the Agder region . It was also her greatest success in biathlon. In the seasons 2004/05 and 2005/06 she came to international appearances in the European Cup, especially at the start of the season . She finished her first individual in Geilo in 2004 as 48th. In 2005 she won points for the first and only time as the 25th of a sprint in Obertilliach .
