Anna Martina Gottschick

Anna Martina Gottschick (born September 29, 1914 in Dresden ; † November 8, 1995 in Kassel ) was a German journalist , editor and hymn poet .

Anna Martina Gottschick grew up in a Silesian parsonage and first became a journalist. From 1937 to 1945 she worked for the Erzgebirgischer Volksfreund in Aue .

She then came to Kassel , where she worked for Bärenreiter-Verlag as a publishing editor and editor until 1976 .

In addition to the publication of anthologies such as the Christmas house book , she created song texts for hymns.
