Anna Matscher
Anna Matscher (* 1961 in Innichen ) is a South Tyrolean star chef. Together with her husband Alois and her daughter Elisabeth she runs the restaurant "Zum Löwen" in Tesimo .
Life
After finishing school, Anna Matscher initially trained as a masseuse in Vienna and then worked in this profession for several years. It was only from 1987 that she devoted herself entirely to cooking. In the same year she and her husband took over the restaurant "Zum Löwen" in Tesimo and in 1997 became a star chef as an autodidact .
