Anna Sergejewna Sotnikowa ( Russian Анна Сергеевна Сотникова ; born October 27, 1982 ) is a Russian biathlete specializing in cross-country summer biathlon .

Anna Sotnikowa competed in the 2003 Summer Biathlon World Championships in Forni Avoltri in four races and always achieved results among the top six. She reached sixth place in the sprint and improved to fourth in the pursuit. In the mass start race, the Russian only had to admit defeat to Tetjana Litovchenko from Ukraine. With the Russian relay around Natalja Solowjowa and Olga Burowa , she won the gold medal.

2004 Sotnikowa was used in Osrblie exclusively in the relay and was together with Lyubow Yermolajewa , Natalja Artibatschewa and Oksana Neupokojewa runner-up behind Belarus. At the Summer Biathlon European Championships 2005 in Bystřice pod Hostýnem Sotnikowa won silver in the sprint behind Olga Pachomowa , gold in the mass start and with Pachomowa, Dmitri Nikiforow and Timur Nurmejew gold in the mixed relay.
