Annalena Breitenbach (born March 14, 1998 in Glauchau ) is a German soccer player .

Career

Breitenbach started her career at SV Lok Glauchau / Niederlungwitz before joining 1. FC Lokomotive Leipzig in July 2011 . After the women's soccer department of 1. FC Lokomotive Leipzig was dissolved in the summer of 2013, she decided to pursue a career in the U-17 of the newly founded FFV Leipzig . In July 2014, Breitenbach moved from Leipzig to the U-17 team of FF USV Jena . There she celebrated her senior debut for the second team of FF USV Jena on November 2, 2014 after being substituted at half time against SV Eintracht Leipzig-Süd . After playing for the regional league team in six appearances, Breitenbach celebrated her Bundesliga debut for FF USV Jena on the last day of the 2014/15 season, May 10, 2015, at the age of 17. During the game against 1. FFC Turbine Potsdam she played over 90 minutes for her club which lost the game 1: 3. On July 13, 2018, she signed SGS Essen Breitenbach until June 30, 2020. After she had only been to four missions in Essen in two years due to injury , she returned to Jena in summer 2020 after her contract expired . There she signed on June 9, 2020 for the FF USV Jena successor club FC Carl Zeiss Jena .

Personal

Breitenbach attended the Glauchau International Primary School until 2010. Since moving to Jena in the summer of 2014 , she has been attending the state sports high school “Joh. Chr. Fr. GutsMuths “ .
