Anne-Kathrin Heier (* 1977 in Werne ) is a German author , journalist and editor .

life and work

Anne-Kathrin Heier studied cultural studies , creative writing and cultural journalism in Hildesheim , where she now also teaches at the Institute for Literary Writing and Literary Studies. She then did a traineeship at Ammann Verlag and then worked for five years as an editor for Berlin Verlag . She published her own texts in various literary magazines and anthologies and was invited with her text Ichtys to the Days of German-Language Literature in Klagenfurt 2014 . Although she did not receive a prize there, her reading was described by the time as a remarkable event in an otherwise rather good competition. Anne-Kathrin Heier runs the text agency Dancing Fingers in Berlin .
