Anne Koerner

Anne Körner (born January 9, 1973 in Paris ) is a German lawyer and judge at the Federal Social Court .

Life

Anne Körner studied law at the Ludwig Maximilians University in Munich . The legal traineeship and the second state examination were immediately followed by activities at the Bavarian State Ministry for Labor and Social Affairs, Family, Women and Health and at the Bavarian State Ministry for Health, Nutrition and Consumer Protection, before Anne Körner entered the social justice system in 2003 - initially as a judge at the social court Nuremberg , two years later at the Augsburg Social Court . From 2006 to 2009 she was seconded to the Federal Constitutional Court as a research assistant . In July 2009, Anne Körner was appointed judge at the Bavarian State Social Court; there she was assigned to the Senate responsible for statutory health insurance , status assessments and company audits . At the same time she acted as deputy press spokeswoman for the court and also took care of the trainee training.

The doctorate took place in 2010 at the University of Regensburg on a constitutional topic from the law of the statutory pension insurance ; the work was awarded the 2013 Research Prize of the German Pension Insurance Association .

Since the 2011/2012 winter semester, Anne Körner has been a lecturer in administrative procedural law at the University of Munich. She has also emerged with publications on social law issues.

The appointment as judge at the Federal Social Court took place on October 1, 2014. The Süddeutsche Zeitung reminded in the summer of 2014 that the Bavarian social justice system had not been represented in the highest German social court for ten years until Anne Körner was appointed.
