Anne Oppermann

Anne Oppermann (born January 7, 1961 in Frankenberg (Eder) ) is a Hessian local politician ( CDU ) and former member of the Hessian state parliament .

education and profession

After completing secondary school, Oppermann trained as a nurse from 1978 to 1981 and worked in this profession from 1981 to 2001 (of which 1989 to 2001 in a management position).

politics

She has been a member of the CDU since 1979, where she holds various board positions. Furthermore, she has been a member of the state board of the Hessen Women's Union since 1992 .

In terms of local politics, she had been a city councilor in Marburg since 1989 , where she was parliamentary group leader from 2003 to 2006 and chairwoman of the construction and planning, real estate committee from 2001 to 2003.

As of October 1, 2001, Oppermann replaced Frank Gotthardt , Member of the Marburg CDU, who had risen to become State Secretary . In 2003 she entered the state parliament via the state list and from April 5, 2003 she was deputy chairman of the petitions committee and a member of the committee for science and art, inquiry committee on demographic change, social policy committee and the hardship committee at the Hessian Minister of the Interior and for Sport. In the January 2008 election , she missed re-entry into the Hesse parliament and resigned as a member of the state parliament in April 2008. At the polls on January 18, 2009 , she again applied to no avail at number 56 on the list.
