Anneliese Neudecker

Anneliese Neudecker (* 1984 in Vienna ) is an Austrian stage and costume designer.

Life

Anneliese Neudecker studied stage design at the Academy of Fine Arts Vienna with Erich Wonder .

After completing her studies in 2006, she worked as an assistant at the Salzburg Festival, the Volksoper Vienna, the Residenztheater Munich, the Opéra de Lyon, the Berliner Ensemble and the Zurich Opera House.

In 2011 she was appointed to the Residenztheater in Munich (artistic director: Martin Kušej ) as head of equipment. There she designed a. a. the sets for blackmail (director: Pippo Delbono ) and Reigen (director: Patrick Steinwidder ).

In 2013 she left Munich to work as a freelancer. Next she designed the sets for the performances Romeo and Juliet (directed by Katrin Plötner ) and The Cat on a Hot Tin Roof (directed by Robin Telfer ) at the Regensburg Theater . During this season she also created the sets for Alexander Kluge - Hope and Resistance at the Nordharzer Städtebundtheater and Horace at the Landestheater Niederösterreich (director, both pieces: Katrin Plötner).
