Anouk Purnelle-Faniel (born January 5, 1995 ) is a Canadian freestyle skier . She starts in the slopestyle discipline .

Career

Purnelle-Faniel has been participating in the AFP World Tour competitions since 2012 . She won her first victories in the 2013/14 season at The North Face Park and Pipe Open Series in Whistler and at the Dew Tour at the Sun Peaks Resort . At the Winter X Games 2015 in Aspen , she finished seventh. She made her debut in the Freestyle Skiing World Cup in Park City in February 2015 and finished fourth. In the 2015/16 season she won the Canadian Open Tour in Stoneham and the Step Up Tour in Le Relais . In January 2017 she reached her first podium in the World Cup with third place in Font Romeu . At the 2017 Freestyle Skiing World Championships in Sierra Nevada , she was tenth in slopestyle.
