Anson Boon

Anson Boon (* around 2000 in Cambridgeshire ) is a British film and theater actor .

Life

Born in Cambridgeshire around the turn of the millennium , Anson Boon received supporting roles in Alexandre Aja's Crawl , Roger Michells Blackbird and 1917 by Sam Mendes , all of which started in 2019, after guest appearances on television series such as All at Sea , The Young Inspector Morse and The Encirclement . At the age of 19 Boon made his stage actor debut at the Royal National Theater in London in the same year in the role of Master Harold in the play Master Harold ... and the boys , directed by Roy Alexander Weise. He'd been given the role after an audition with no previous theater or acting training.

In the film drama Sulfur and White by Julian Jarrold , the beginning of March 2020 was released, he played the protagonist David Tait as teenagers. In The Winter Lake by Phil Sheerin from the same year he played one of the two main roles Tom.

For Screen International , Boon was one of the "Stars of Tomorrow" in the United Kingdom and Ireland in the 2019 annual election. Boon lives with his parents in Cambridgeshire and has been friends with Susan Sarandon since filming Blackbird . As part of the filming for Blackbird , Boon, like eight other actors and director Roger Michell, received a tattoo.
