Antónia Freitas (born May 12, 1957 in Bualale , Portuguese Timor ), fighting name Floyer , is a former East Timorese independence activist.

Freitas was a supporter of the resistance during the Indonesian occupation. In June 1991 she hid Mau Hodu , one of the leading men of the Forças Armadas de Libertação Nacional de Timor-Leste (FALINTIL), for more than four months in her house in the Aldeia Virgolosa ( Suco Vila Verde ) in the state capital Dili . In addition, Freitas helped reorganize the resistance in FRETILIN . In 2016 she was awarded the Medal des Ordem de Timor-Leste for her services .
