The Anta da Lapeira I (also known as the Anta da Tapada I ) is a Portuguese dolmen . It is located to the left of the road from Pavia to Vimieiro , about one kilometer southeast of Pavia in the Évora district in the Alentejo . Anta is the Portuguese name for around 5000 megalithic structures or dolmens, which were built during the Neolithic in the west of the Iberian Peninsula by the successors of the cardial or imprint culture .

The dolmen is one of the megaliths in the Évora district and is in good condition. It consists of a polygonal chamber with seven supporting stones, which have inclined to the side like a diamond, but remained in shape. The chamber is about 3.4 m in diameter and 2.5 m high. The top plate is on top, but only one stone remains from the corridor.

The Anta dates from the Copper Age and is not yet classified as a cultural heritage and therefore not protected by law.

About 300 m away is the Anta da Lapeira II, which has only survived in remains .
