Ante Up (Robbin-Hoodz Theory) is a song by American rap - crew M.OP from their fourth studio album Warriorz . The single, released in 2000, is seen as her musical breakthrough. The accompanying album also features a remix with rappers Busta Rhymes , Remy Ma and Teflon.

In 2003 the song was sampled by Javine Hylton for her debut single "Real Things".

In an interview, one of the crew members commented on the interpretation of the title as follows:

“It's a saying from my mother that every time someone walks through the door, she gets out, 'Where is it? In the official music video, the two crew members are on stage rapping towards the crowd. The audience cheers them. There are cameos by Gang Starr and Buckshot (known from Black Moon ).

"Ante Up" became known to a wider audience after its release and has been featured in numerous films including The Last Fortress , Brown Sugar , Dickie Roberts: Child Star , the dance film Street Style, and 30 Minutes or Less . The song was also seen in one episode each of the Robbery Homicide Division , Brooklyn Nine-Nine (episode "The Chopper") and The Mindy Project ("In the Club").

In 2014 it was played in an advertisement for O₂ mobile tariffs in Great Britain.
