Antero Kivi
Antero Kivi ( Lauri Antero Kivi ; born April 15, 1904 in Orivesi , † June 29, 1981 in Helsinki ) was a Finnish discus thrower .
At the Olympic Games in Amsterdam in 1928 he won the silver medal with 47.23 m behind the American Bud Houser (47.32 m) and in front of his compatriot James Corson (47.10 m).
Overall he was five times national champion (1925, 1927-30). On July 25, 1931, he set a Finnish record in Orivesi with 48.46 m.
