Anthony David "Ant" McPartlin , OBE (* 18th November 1975 in Newcastle upon Tyne ) is a British presenter and is adjacent Declan Donnelly member of the famous duo Ant & Dec .
Anthony McPartlin played a role in the Byker Grove series as a teenager . There he met Declan Donnelly. After they both left the series, they began making music under their role names PJ & Duncan , and made it into the charts with several songs.
McPartlin hosts the British version of " I'm a Star - Get Me Out of Here!" “ And the British talent show Britain's Got Talent . From 2002 to 2009 and since 2013 he has hosted together with Donnelly Ant & Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway .
In June 2016, McPartlin was awarded the Order of the British Empire with the rank of officer.
From July 2006 to January 2018 he was married to make-up artist Lisa Armstrong.
