Anton Kahlert
Anton Joseph Kahlert (born November 18, 1804 in Neuroda near Glatz , † November 6, 1880 in Vienna ) was an Austrian theologian , educator and politician .
Life
After studying Catholic theology and philology at the University of Breslau from 1826 to 1831 with the completion of his doctorate, Kahlert was first a high school teacher in Glatz, then in Breslau . From 1837 to 1852 he worked as a senior high school teacher in Leobschütz , then until 1859 as provisional director of the state high school in Chernivtsi . Then he was a teacher and librarian at the academic high school in Vienna until retirement in 1875 .
From May 18, 1848 to May 21, 1849 he was a member of the Frankfurt National Assembly for the Province of Silesia in Leobschütz in the Paris Court fraction .
