Anton Lindblad (born October 28, 1990 ) is a Swedish cross-country skier .

Career

Lindblad competed in the juniors until 2010. Since 2010 he has mainly participated in the Nordic Scandinavian Cup . He achieved his only podium finish in December 2011 in Vuokatti with third place over 3.75 km freestyle. He ran his first World Cup race in November 2010 in Gällivare , which he finished with 86th place over 15 km freestyle. In December 2011 he got his first World Cup points with 28th place in the sprint in Düsseldorf . At the Tour de Ski 2012/13 he reached 55th place in the overall ranking. His best World Cup placement so far was in January 2014 in Nové Město na Moravě with ninth place in the sprint. At the Nordic Opening 2014 in Lillehammer he achieved the 48th place and at the Nordic Opening 2015 in Ruka the 53rd place.
