Anton Lindfors (born April 22, 1991 in Porvoo ) is a Finnish snowboarder . He starts in snowboard cross.

Career

From 2007 to 2010, Lindfors mainly took part in FIS races and the European Cup. He drove his first World Cup race in Chapelco in September 2009 , which he finished in 44th place. At the 2011 Snowboard World Championships in La Molina he came 21st. In January 2012 he achieved his first top ten placement in the World Cup with fourth place in Veysonnaz . At the 2013 Snowboard World Championships in Stoneham , he finished tenth. In his first Olympic participation in Sochi in 2014 , he came in 13th place. In March 2014 in Veysonnaz he achieved his first podium finish in the World Cup with second place. He finished the 2013/14 season in seventh place in the snowboard cross ranking. At the Finnish championships in 2014, he took second place. At the 2015 Snowboard World Championships on Kreischberg , he finished 16th. In March 2017, he finished 23rd at the World Championships in Sierra Nevada .
