Anton Sommer
Anton Sommer (born December 11, 1816 in Rudolstadt ; † June 1, 1888 there ) was a Thuringian dialect poet .
Life
Sommer studied theology in Jena from 1835 to 1838 and then worked as a private tutor in Blankenhain and Magdala and as a commercial school teacher in Berlin . In 1850 he returned to his hometown, where he founded a private school and was also allowed to preach in the village church in Schaala .
