Anton Wladimirowitsch Malyschew ( Russian Антон Владимирович Малышев ; born February 24, 1985 in Kolpino , Russian SFSR ) is a Russian ice hockey player who has been under contract with HK WMF-Karelija in the Wysschaja Hockey League since October 2014 .

Career

Anton Malyshev began his career as an ice hockey player in his hometown with HK Spartak Saint Petersburg , for whose professional team he was active from 2005 to 2007 in the Wysschaja Liga , the second Russian division. During the 2006/07 season he moved to his league rivals Kristall Saratow , for whom he played in one and a half seasons before he signed a contract with HK Awangard Omsk from the newly founded Continental Hockey League in the summer of 2008 . Between 2008 and 2011 he was a regular in Omsk before he was signed by HK Sibir Novosibirsk in May 2011 .

In January 2013, Malyshev was exchanged for Dmitri Shitikov by Amur Khabarovsk . For Amur he completed 14 KHL games by the end of the season before he was signed by SKA Saint Petersburg for the following season . From this he was mainly used in the second division at HK WMF-Karelija .

At the beginning of the 2014/15 season he changed clubs several times as part of swap deals without playing a single game. He therefore returned to HK WMF in October 2014.
