Antonio Molinari (painter)
Antonio Molinari (born January 21, 1655 in Venice ; † February 3, 1704 ibid) was an Italian painter and graphic artist . He learned his craft from his father, the Italian painter Giovanni Battista Molinari (163x – 168x).
A student of Antonio Molinari was Giovanni Battista Piazzetta .

Antonio Molinari mainly made paintings with biblical motifs and scenes from antiquity for Venetian patrician houses , brotherhoods and church buildings .
Significant collections (especially Baroque drawings) of Molinari's works are in the Düsseldorf Museum Kunst Palast and in the Louvre in Paris.
