Anwar Ali (born September 24, 1984 in Rurka Kalan ) is an Indian soccer player and has played for United Sikkim FC and in the Indian national team since 2012 .

The defender was discovered at a local club from Punjab . In 2006 he moved to JCT Mills FC in the Indian first division. With strong performances he made himself interesting for the national team. The 2009/10 season Anwar Ali played for Dempo SC from Goa . This was followed by a two-year engagement at Mohun Bagan AC .
