The advertising paper group Südbayern is a grouping of local weekly newspapers in southern Bavaria and parts of Baden-Württemberg and Austria ( Tyrol ). In 2015, the group distributed around 5 million newspapers a week. The advertising group was initiated in 1998 by Kreisboten-Verlag Mühlfellner . The advertising paper group Südbayern is managed by the Münchner Merkur tz media group .
With a total of 74 issues (as of 2014) on a centrally installed cloud , the individual issues are planned and produced locally and issued centrally. The advertising sales system, which was also introduced as part of the advertising paper group, was integrated in the cloud. Planning and production-relevant data are exchanged between the systems.
