Apiwat Pengprakon ( Thai อภิ วั ฒ น์ เพ็ง ประโคน , born August 22, 1988 in Buriram ) is a Thai football player .

Career

Apiwat Pengprakon learned to play football in the youth team of the third division club North Bangkok University FC in Bangkok . It was here that he signed his first professional contract in 2007. In 2013 he was loaned to the second division Nakhon Ratchasima FC in Nakhon Ratchasima . After the first half of the season he was loaned to Trat FC , a club that also played in the second division . After the loan, he was signed by Trat in 2014. In mid-2014 he moved to the north of Thailand and joined league rivals Chiangmai FC . After half a year he left Chiangmai and moved to the third division after Khon Kaen to Khon Kaen United FC . Air Force United , a second division club from Bangkok, signed him in mid-2015. Here he played only six months again. At the beginning of 2016 he went back to his former club Trat FC. In 2017 he moved to the Thai League , the highest league in the country. Here he signed a contract with Bangkok Glass , today's BG Pathum Thani FC. He was immediately loaned to his former club Chiangmai FC, a second division club. He returned to BG in early 2018 and played five times for the club in the first division until mid-2018. He was loaned out again in mid-2018. The first division Ubon UMT United loaned him the back series in 2018. In 2019, the first division promoted PTT Rayong FC from Rayong signed him. Here he played 28 games and scored eight goals. After PTT announced the withdrawal from the Thai League at the end of 2019, he left the club and joined the first division club Ratchaburi Mitr Phol from Ratchaburi .
