Apostolic Nunciature for Georgia
The Apostolic Nunciature for Georgia is the official diplomatic mission of the Holy See in Georgia , based in Tbilisi .
The nunciature was established by Pope John Paul II in Tbilisi in 1992.
In addition to Georgia, the Apostolic Nuncio is also responsible for the Nunciatures in Azerbaijan and Armenia .
