Apriach is a village and a cadastral municipality in the municipality of Heiligenblut am Großglockner in the Spittal an der Drau district in Carinthia .
Settlement development
At the turn of the year 1979/1980 there were a total of 227 building areas with 32,655 m² and 11 gardens on 914 m² in the cadastral municipality of Apriach , in 1989/1990 there were 226 building areas. In 1999/2000 the number of building areas had increased to 447 and in 2009/2010 there were 344 buildings on 455 building areas.
Land use
The cadastral community is predominantly characterized by forestry. 245 hectares were used for agriculture at the turn of the year 1979/1980 and 673 hectares were forest areas. In 1999/2000 agriculture was carried out on 237 hectares and 711 hectares were designated as areas used for forestry.
