Arūnas Gumuliauskas
Arūnas Gumuliauskas (born August 10, 1958 in Kaunas ) is a Lithuanian historian and politician .
Life
After graduating from secondary school in Kaunas in 1976, Arūnas Gumuliauskas completed his diploma studies from 1976 to 1981 and from 1984 to 1987 further studies in history at the Vilniaus universitetas , which he completed in 1987 with a doctorate. From 1981 he taught as a lecturer, from 1988 as a lecturer, from 2012 as a professor at the Šiaulių universitetas in Šiauliai . From 1993 to 1995 he continued his education and taught at the University of Warsaw . Since November 2016 he has been a member of the Seimas ( Lietuvos valstiečių ir žaliųjų sąjunga ).
From 2000 he was a member of Lietuvos centro sąjunga , from 2003 of Lietuvos centro partija .
In 1985 he became basketball champion in Soviet Lithuania . He was a master of sports .
