Aranka Binder ( Serbian - Cyrillic Аранка Биндер ; born June 19, 1966 in Sombor , Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia ) is a former Serbian sports shooter .

Aranka Binder took part in three Olympic Games . At the 1992 Olympic Games in Barcelona , Yugoslavia was not allowed to participate with an official team, but athletes qualified for the Games were allowed to compete in individual competitions as independent Olympic participants . The Independent Olympians won three medals in the shooting competitions , with Binder reaching the final with 393 points with the air rifle .
