The Arbeitsgemeinschaft Deutscher Tierzüchter eV (ADT) in Bonn is the umbrella organization for organized animal breeding in Germany. It is the amalgamation of the national umbrella organizations for breeders of cattle, pigs, horses, poultry, sheep and goats. According to the tasks of the respective member organizations, the areas of breeding, performance testing and insemination are represented, as well as marketing at home and abroad. The thematic focuses are questions of animal production, animal health and animal welfare.

According to the statutes, the ADT serves to summarize and promote all efforts aimed at improving the profitability and competitiveness of German animal production and harmonizing the requirements of ecology and economy. Your activity is not aimed at an economic business operation.
