The Familienbetriebe Land und Forst e. V. , formerly the working group of the landowner associations e. V. , is a registered association based in Berlin . The purpose of the association is the preservation and promotion of agricultural and forestry property at the federal level.

Since May 2016, the association has been using the name Family Businesses Land and Forest .

Structure and tasks

It is divided into eleven (combined) regional associations and three divisional associations, the

The tasks include

a) German Farmers' Association
b) Working group of German forest owners associations
c) German Hunting Protection Association
d) General Federation of Agricultural and Forestry Employers' Associations
e) German Castle Association

The working group is recognized as a carrier of public interests
and a member of the European Movement Germany and the European Landowner Organization .
