Ariel Alberto Panzer (born October 30, 1973 in Buenos Aires ; born Ariel Alberto Alvaro ) is an Argentine handball goalkeeper .

Career

Ariel Panzer played for the second division HSV Düsseldorf until 2002 . Then he moved to the first division for VfL Gummersbach for one season . Panzer then joined the regional division TuS Niederpleis and moved to the second division HC Erlangen in January 2004 . He later played for SG Achim / Baden and 1. VfL Potsdam . Since 2010 he has been guarding the gate of VfL Bad Schwartau . His contract, which expired in summer 2014, was not renewed. In the 2014/15 season he played for HF jumping . Then he joined the SV Mecklenburg Schwerin . Since the summer of 2017 he has been guarding the gate of the third division MTV Braunschweig .

Ariel Panzer played 35 international matches for the Argentine national team .

From the 2012/13 season he was involved as a youth trainer at MTV Lübeck.

Private

Panzer has lived in Germany since 1994. When the Argentine married his German wife, he took her family name.
